Dogecoin Price Eyes $0.106 Breakout as DogeOS Testnet Launches
The price of Dogecoin (DOGE) has been steadily increasing over the past 24 hours, climbing 2.33% to reach $0.09524. The daily trading volume has reached $472,416,387, indicating a growing interest in the cryptocurrency. Analysts are closely watching the price action, as it approaches a key technical level.
Crypto analyst Ali Charts has highlighted a descending triangle pattern forming in the DOGE price chart. According to Charts, the token is consolidating within this pattern, which has become progressively tighter as DOGE trades near the triangle's apex. The crucial resistance level to monitor is $0.095, and a 4-hour close above this threshold may confirm a bullish breakout.
If a breakout occurs, DOGE could rally towards $0.106, a level approximately 11% higher than current prices. The triangle formation remains intact until a decisive move occurs, and the recent surge has brought DOGE's price just above the $0.095 resistance.
In parallel with the technical developments, the Dogecoin ecosystem has introduced a new upgrade. DogeOS, a project aiming to add functionality to Dogecoin, has launched a public testnet for Ethereum-style decentralized applications (dApps). This expansion could help broaden Dogecoin's role in the wider digital asset landscape.
