Dogecoin Tumbles Amid Technical Pressure as Consolidation Looms
Dogecoin has been under pressure as it trades below its short- and medium-term moving averages, but above its longer-term levels. According to a recent analysis by Traders Union, DOGE is currently trading at $0.09271, down 7.28% on the day.
The price action has been influenced by several factors, including nearly $909,650 in net inflows into U.S. spot Dogecoin ETFs on September 21, which introduced new institutional capital and regulated access to the asset.
Despite this, the price remains below its key technical levels, with oversold momentum signals indicating a potential consolidation period. The analysis predicts that DOGE will consolidate between $0.08702 and $0.10156 over the next 2-3 trading days, with a 33% probability of an upside scenario.
