Dogecoin Whales Add $112 Million as Price Approaches Key Resistance Zone
Recent data shows that large Dogecoin holders have accumulated over $112 million worth of DOGE in the past four days. This significant whale activity comes as DOGE price approaches a key technical resistance level around $0.10.
The accumulation, tracked by analyst Ali Martinez using Santiment data, totals over 1.14 billion DOGE. This addition to their holdings is substantial, particularly given that it's happening while the market is testing an area with significant overhead supply, where approximately 28 billion DOGE previously changed hands.
Despite this accumulation, DOGE still needs to prove it can overcome the concentration of sellers in this resistance zone. If successful, a convincing move above $0.10 would put around $0.105 back into focus, with clearing the recent high around $0.105-$0.106 providing stronger evidence that buyers have absorbed the supply.
The nearest support level appears around $0.094-$0.095, which DOGE recently bounced from following its rejection above $0.10. Holding above the 200-day moving average, currently around $0.08795, would preserve a constructive change on the chart.
