Dogecoin's Ten-Cent Dream Hinges on $0.095 Breakout Level
Dogecoin's price action has been consolidating within a descending triangle on its 4-hour chart, hinting at a potential breakout, according to crypto analyst Ali. The pattern, characterized by a series of lower highs and a flat support level, indicates that sellers are gradually entering the market, creating selling pressure as the price consolidates. A breakout from this pattern can occur in both directions, but upward breakouts are considered more reliable.
Ali noted that as the Dogecoin price approaches the apex of the triangle, the structure is becoming increasingly compressed, suggesting that a breakout could be getting closer. He pointed to $0.095 as the key level to watch, with a 4-hour close above it potentially confirming a bullish breakout and triggering a rally towards $0.106.
The $0.1 level remains significant, marking the current resistance of Dogecoin's rally. Dogecoin's surge in mid-August halted at $0.1 before it fell, and the price has been attempting to recover in recent days, up 0.93% in the last 24 hours to $0.094.
