Dutch Police Nab Two in Counterfeit Crypto Watch Scam

Holland's police force has made two arrests in connection with a counterfeit cryptocurrency scam involving luxury watches from Laboratoire de Haute Horlogerie (LHH), also known as Labourdette.

The suspects, whose identities have not been disclosed, allegedly created fake cryptocurrencies and used them to purchase several LHH timepieces. The authorities were tipped off after the watches' serial numbers were found to be invalid.
