EBC 2026: Institutional Shift Takes Center Stage in Barcelona
The European Blockchain Convention (EBC) is set to take place on September 16-17, 2026, in Barcelona, Spain. The event promises to bring together over 6,000 participants and 300 speakers from the traditional finance (TradFi) sector and the cryptocurrency world.
This year's EBC focuses on the institutional shift towards digital assets, with major banks such as BlackRock, Swift, State Street, Citi, BNP Paribas, and Deutsche Bank represented. The speaker list includes Nikhil Sharma from BlackRock, Tom Zschach from Swift, Kim Hochfeld from State Street, and Stani Kulechov, founder of Aave.
