Eightco Discloses $380M Treasury Holdings, Including $90M OpenAI Stake

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) has reported its total holdings as of September 16, 2026. The company's treasury composition includes $90 million in OpenAI equity, indirectly held through special purpose vehicles. This represents approximately 24% of ORBS' treasury assets.

In addition to the investment in OpenAI, Eightco also holds $18 million in Beast Industries equity and nearly 302 million WLD tokens, which is about 8.4% of circulating supply. The company's holdings also include $120 million in cash and stablecoins, totaling approximately $380 million.

Eightco has been actively repurchasing its own shares under a previously announced $125 million share repurchase program, having acquired over 26 million shares this quarter. This strategic move is part of the company's efforts to strengthen its balance sheet and create value for shareholders.
