Eightco Holdings Reveals $378 Million Treasury Composition with Strong Exposure to Key Mega-Trends

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) has revealed its treasury composition as of August 5, 2026. The company's total holdings amount to approximately $378 million. This includes a significant investment in OpenAI, with an indirect stake valued at around $90 million, representing about 24% of the company's treasury assets.

In addition to OpenAI, Eightco has invested $18 million in Beast Industries equity, which accounts for around 5% of its treasury assets. The company also holds nearly 302 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, equivalent to approximately 8.4% of circulating supply and about 25% of the Eightco treasury's assets.

Eightco has recently participated in a $52.5M funding round led by Pantera with participation from several other prominent investors. OpenAI, which is also a key holding for Eightco, has announced that it submitted a confidential S-1, setting itself up for a potential future initial public offering.

Eightco's management believes that the company's treasury portfolio holds some of the most critical components for the future AI and digital financial system. The company's exposure to key mega-trends such as artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy is expected to shape the next decade of innovation.
