Eightco Holdings Reveals $380M Treasury Portfolio, Including OpenAI and Worldcoin

Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) has provided an update on its total holdings as of September 16, 2026. The company's treasury portfolio includes a $90 million investment in OpenAI, which represents approximately 24% of its treasury assets. This investment is indirect, made through special purpose vehicles with exposure to equity interests in the parent company of OpenAI.

In addition to its stake in OpenAI, Eightco also holds nearly 302 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, approximately 8.4% of circulating supply and 29% of the company's treasury assets. The WLD token is the native currency of World, a global Proof of Human network built by Tools for Humanity.

Eightco's holdings also include an $18 million investment in Beast Industries equity, approximately 5% of its treasury assets. Beast Industries operates one of the largest direct-to-consumer reach footprints in the world, with a combined 500 million-plus follower base across platforms.
