El Dorado Brings Dollar-Backed Stablecoin Support to BNB Chain
The BNB Chain has welcomed El Dorado to its ecosystem by allowing USDT and USDC deposits. This integration, which went live on August 7, gives users across seven countries a new route to park their savings in dollar-backed stablecoins without bridging funds from other networks.
El Dorado is a Latin American fintech platform that has quietly amassed over 1.15 million users. It allows people to convert their local currencies into USD-backed stablecoins through peer-to-peer trades, send remittances across borders, and trade between local fiat and stablecoins within a single app.
The BNB Chain integration adds to the five blockchain networks already supported by El Dorado, including Arbitrum, Polygon, TRON, and Celo. The platform now holds around $14 billion in stablecoin liquidity as of Q1 2026, making it one of the deeper pools for USDT and USDC transactions.
This integration is significant because it eliminates the need to bridge funds from BNB Chain to a supported network, which could increase the volume of stablecoins flowing through El Dorado. This move is part of the platform's multi-chain approach, allowing users to choose the best combination of speed, cost, and liquidity for their needs.
