Emirates Introduces Crypto.com Pay for UAE Residents

Emirates airline has launched Crypto.com Pay for eligible UAE residents to pay for flight bookings online. The service is available on emirates.com and the Emirates App, allowing customers to select the payment option when booking flights priced in dirhams.

The integration runs through Foris DAX Middle East FZE, Crypto.com's Dubai entity operating under a Stored Value Facilities licence from the Central Bank of the UAE. This licence supports virtual-asset payment services and stored value facilities, which must follow customer due-diligence and anti-money-laundering requirements.

The rollout completes the partnership announced in July 2025 between Emirates and Crypto.com to explore adding the payment service. The companies said at that time that implementation would depend on technical readiness and regulatory approval.
