ENR Materials Price Index Hits Record High

The Engineering News Record (ENR) Materials Price Index has reached new highs in September, marking a record high for the year. The index is up 12.47% year-to-date (YTD).

ENR's data shows that Aluminum Sheet prices have risen to a new high of $460.06 per month (MOM) and are up 19.36% YTD. Similarly, I Beams have seen an increase in price, reaching a new high of $162.15 this month, representing a 19.73% YTD increase.

Copper Water Tubing prices have also been rising steadily since 2020 and have reached an all-time high at $19.10 this month, up 12.42% YTD.
