$ENS Labs has revised its governance proposal for treasury control after facing pushback from delegates.

The DAO will retain custody of its primary operational wallet, which includes ETH and stablecoins, while only the $65 million Endowment Safe will be transferred to the Foundation.

This decision aims to balance professional execution with decentralized control, giving the Foundation a clearer role in long-term operations without sacrificing the community's authority over core assets.

The revised proposal shows that delegate feedback can lead to meaningful changes in DAO governance, demonstrating a maturing and responsive approach to decision-making.
