Entravel Group Lands $7.5 Million to Expand Travel Infrastructure Beyond Crypto
Entravel Group has secured $7.5 million in funding to expand its travel infrastructure beyond cryptocurrency platforms and into traditional markets.
The round was led by a group of investors including Finality Capital, Joseph Lubin, Ethereal Ventures, GSR Ventures, Varrock, G1 Ventures, Seier Capital, Veris Ventures, FunFair Ventures, and WTG Ventures.
Entravel initially developed travel infrastructure used by cryptocurrency platforms such as Kraken, MetaMask, and KuCoin. The company's technology now powers services across more than 40 platforms reaching approximately 300 million users.
According to Entravel, its implementations have generated conversion rates exceeding 10%, compared to the typical industry rate of between 1% and 3%. The company plans to leverage this success to provide underlying technology for traditional travel companies seeking to offer products without building their own booking infrastructure.
