Bitcoin's price has been steadily climbing as institutional demand through U.S. spot ETFs continues to strengthen. Over five consecutive sessions, $865.3 million in net inflows was recorded across these funds, their strongest weekly performance since April. According to Bitfinex Alpha, the funds absorbed approximately 13,300 BTC during this period, more than four times the amount of new coins created by the network.

The majority of ETF activity came from BlackRock's IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC, while Ether-focused ETFs also saw $243.7 million in inflows. This surge in demand coincided with a broader increase in risk assets as tensions eased and oil prices fell. The S&P 500 rose by 3.58% for the week, with Bitcoin gaining slightly more than 2%, indicating that other sources of supply continued to weigh on its price.

Strategy disclosed selling 1,638 BTC for approximately $104.7 million at an average price of about $63,957. The company plans to use the proceeds for preferred dividends and a discounted share repurchase. This sale adds to the existing supply overhang visible on-chain around Bitcoin's current trading range, with an estimated 1.79 million BTC having cost bases between $62,000 and $65,000.
