ETF Providers Slash Fees Amid Crypto Market Struggles
ETF Shares has slashed its management fee for the ETFS US Technology ETF (WWW), from 0.29 per cent to 0.17 per cent per annum, effective July 27. This move reflects the company's commitment to providing efficient access to global investment themes through Australian-listed ETFs.
The fund offers exposure to leading US companies benefiting from long-term technology trends and includes companies that play a significant role in technological innovation, regardless of traditional sector classifications.
Over the last six months, WWW has returned 13.3 per cent versus returns of 13.4 per cent by the Solactive United States Technology Index benchmark.
In related news, VanEck has reduced its fee on the Bitcoin ETF (VBTC) for the second time this year, cutting it from 0.45 per cent to 0.25 per cent per annum, effective August 1.
