ETFs Surge as Shipping, Cybersecurity, and Crypto Gain Momentum
The Breakwave Tanker Shipping ETF (BWET) has surged 21% over the past week, bringing its year-to-date gain to 39.8%. This pure-play on global oil shipping demand is sitting in overbought territory, with an RSI of 81.6.
Cybersecurity is also performing well, with the Amplify Cybersecurity ETF (HACK) gaining 8.1% this week and 48.6% year-to-date. With AI-driven threat vectors multiplying, enterprise security budgets are proving recession-resistant.
