ETH/BTC Level Key to Altseason Potential for XRP, BNB, Solana
The potential for an altseason hinges on a critical level in the $ETH/$BTC pair. An analyst notes that the pair has broken out of a falling channel and is now testing the 0.0355 resistance level. A clean break above this point could signal Ethereum outperformance and possibly trigger a broader altcoin rally. However, without this break, the altseason theory remains speculative.
$XRP is currently trading around $1.49, but faces a significant resistance block between $1.65 and $1.72. The token is also positioned near the upper border of a falling wedge, suggesting a potential breakout if altseason materializes. Success in clearing the resistance could push $XRP toward $2.00 and potentially $2.62. However, past failures in August and September raise concerns about another rejection, which could send $XRP back toward $1.00.
$BNB is in a stronger technical position, rallying from the lower border of an ascending channel and approaching $800 resistance. A break above this level could open the path toward $930 and $1,150 under normal bullish conditions. If altseason begins, $BNB could even reach a new all-time high near $1,500. However, losing the $800 level could trap $BNB between $540 and $800 for an extended period.
Solana is currently situated around the middle trendline of a falling wedge. Without an altseason, a retest of $200 could be delayed significantly, possibly into next year. If Solana reaches and breaks $200, the next target would be $260. On the downside, failure to sustain the move could expose the asset to $50 or lower. The key question remains: will $ETH/$BTC clear 0.0355, and will $XRP, $BNB, and Solana overcome their respective technical hurdles?
