ETH Exchange Outflows Hit 3-Year High Amid Price Volatility
Ethereum (ETH) exchange outflows have reached a three-year high on Binance, according to data from CryptoQuant. This comes as ETH approaches its most significant resistance level since 2024, currently trading near $2,736.
The number of Ethereum withdrawal transactions from Binance has surged above 90,000 per month, nearly double the amount seen at the start of 2026. This indicates a growing number of individual holders are moving their coins to other exchanges or custodial services.
Meanwhile, institutional demand is showing signs of life, with US spot Ethereum ETFs absorbing 102,130 ETH worth around $280 million on September 21. BlackRock's ETHA led the pack, followed by Fidelity's FETH and Grayscale's mini trust.
