Ether.fi has seen its monthly spending exceed $100 million for the first time since January, while its token ETHFI is down 21% year-to-date. The company's consumer business combines investing with everyday payments, creating more revenue streams from each customer.
Cash spending increased by 85%, rising from $54.3 million in January to $100.3 million in July. Ether.fi receives card transaction fees of 1.38% on its spending. Its rolling 30-day annualized revenue reached $38.5 million as of August 30, with $17.6 million coming from Cash.
Ether.fi's business model and end-user utility stand out due to their practicality. The company's account combines features such as saving and earning, spending and transfers, trading, and borrowing. This vertical integration gives Ether.fi a strategic advantage.
