Ethereum Aims for Q4 Breakout as BitMine Adds $17M in ETH

Ethereum has been outperforming Bitcoin in Q3, with a return on investment (ROI) of over 70% compared to Bitcoin's 43%. This is according to CoinGlass data, which shows that Ethereum's quarterly returns are more than 1.5 times greater than those of Bitcoin.

The question now is whether this trend will continue in Q4, a quarter that has traditionally favored Bitcoin. Since 2021, Ethereum has not outperformed Bitcoin in Q4.

However, the Ethereum-Bitcoin ratio (ETH/BTC) is currently trading around the 0.03 resistance level, which it failed to reclaim ahead of the October crash. A clean breakout above this level could confirm that Ethereum's momentum is carrying into Q4.
