Ethereum Breaks Above Key Resistance, Eyes $3,000 Target
Ethereum's price has broken above key resistance near $2,660, and analysts are now looking at the possibility of it reaching $3,000. The breakout points to a possible move toward roughly $3,050, but the $2,775-$2,825 zone could slow the rally first.
The short-term structure has improved considerably for Ethereum, with the recent break above the $2,500-$2,550 region that repeatedly capped earlier rallies. Reuters now sees $2,775-$2,825 as the next likely consolidation zone, a move through which would leave the psychological $3,000 level as the next major target.
Ethereum's broader setup is also supported by tightening liquid supply, with roughly 35% of ETH currently staked. Exchange balances remain near multi-year lows, and institutional demand has started stabilizing again after a volatile stretch for spot Ethereum ETFs.
