Ethereum Buyers Defend $1,850 to $1,950 Range
Ethereum has been consolidating between $1,850 and $1,950 for five weeks, a tight range that reflects buyers defending former resistance as support.
The zone was previously broken in late July, but price has since retested it twice without breaking through. The narrow range is unusual for Ethereum, with 5.4% of the total price range compressed into $100.
Momentum readings are split, with relative strength neutral and MACD histogram signaling negative momentum. The Moving Averages have compressed to $19 apart, a sign that the next directional move will be confirmed or rejected within days.
The longer-dated structure shows Ethereum still recovering from its February collapse, with key support at $1,516.24 and resistance at $2,055.47.
