Ethereum's CCIP 2.0 integration with Ethlabs' Fast Confirmation Rule (FCR) has reduced cross-chain confirmation times to as little as 12-24 seconds.

This is a significant improvement over the previous 13-minute timeframe, making it roughly 30x faster.

According to BSCNews, the FCR draws quick action signals from the validator consensus and extends the existing security model without extra infrastructure or new economic assumptions.
