Ethereum ETFs Attract Record Institutional Investment
Institutional investors are increasingly turning to Ethereum as a regulated investment product. Recent data shows that U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $824 million in net inflows during the week of August 24-28, according to SoSoValue data.
This figure marks another important milestone for Ethereum ETFs, with $1.42 billion in inflows between August 17 and August 27. The sharp rise suggests that institutions are becoming more comfortable using ETFs as a simple way to gain exposure to Ethereum.
Ethereum spot ETFs recorded $225.8 million in net inflows on August 27, the strongest single-day inflow since October 2025. This highlights how quickly capital can move into regulated crypto products when investor confidence improves and market sentiment turns more positive.
The cumulative net inflows for Ethereum spot ETFs have now reached $12.97 billion since their launch, with total net assets standing at roughly $15.23 billion as of August 31. This shows that ETF demand is no longer a small part of Ethereum's market and is becoming increasingly important.
