Ethereum ETFs Outshine Bitcoin's as Crypto Market Sees Modest Gains
The spot Bitcoin ETFs have finally broken their three-week losing streak, but the gains are modest. They saw net inflows of $1 billion during seven consecutive green days from July 14 to 22.
However, this positive trend was short-lived as investors pulled out $225.18 million and $240 million on Thursday and Friday, respectively. As a result, the week ended with a relatively modest gain of $33.79 million.
In contrast, the spot Ethereum ETFs continue to outperform, gaining over $100 million as the underlying asset challenged the $1,950 level. The total net inflows of the ETH ETFs have recovered over $200 million in the past three weeks but are still below the $12.09 billion seen in May.
The trend of Ethereum ETFs attracting more investors than Bitcoin's is continuing. It started two weeks ago and has been replicated again, with almost $104 million in net inflows for the spot Ethereum ETFs.
