Ethereum Poised for Another Rapid Rebound, Predicts Fundstrat's Tom Lee
Fundstrat's head of research Tom Lee predicts that Ethereum will experience another rapid rebound after recent price declines, citing historical data as evidence. Since 2018, Ethereum has recovered from similar drops eight times, with each recovery forming a V-shaped bottom and happening at nearly the same speed as the decline.
Last year's 64% drop from January to March is an example of this trend, according to Lee. The current situation mirrors previous cycles, suggesting another V-shaped recovery is likely. Market analyst Tom DeMark identified $1,890 as a potential bottom level, which Lee described as a 'perfected bottom'.
Lee advises investors to focus on opportunities rather than selling, comparing the current situation to similar periods in fall 2018, fall 2022, and April 2025. Investors who have already witnessed the decline should consider buying rather than exiting positions, he added.
