Ethereum Price Predicted to Break $2,570 En Route to $3,000
Ethereum's price has been trading near $2,440 after recovering from a recent sharp two-day pullback. Analysts are looking at whether buyers can reclaim the key level of $2,570, which could pave the way for a move towards $2,700 and eventually $3,000.
The current derivatives positioning shows that futures open interest remains above $31 billion, while U.S. spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds have seen outflows on September 16.
Ali Martinez notes that Ethereum is still within a four-hour price channel despite recent volatility. A strong close above the upper breakout threshold of $2,570, supported by volume, could expose the $2,700 and $3,000 levels.
