Ethereum Price Sees Strong Institutional Demand Ahead of Potential Breakout
Ethereum's price has been showing signs of recovery as institutional demand for the token remains strong. The spot Ether ETF has contributed to this trend, with U.S. spot ether ETFS experiencing a sixth consecutive day of net purchases on September 25, totaling $86.95 million.
BlackRock's ETHA product and its ETHB counterpart received $50.37 million and $31.88 million in flows, respectively, while Fidelity's FETH brought in $4.69 million. This influx follows previous days of significant inflows, with a total of $270 million collected on September 21.
Analyst CryptoCupra suggests that Ethereum needs to break above the $3,500 level to open up larger upward expansion possibilities. According to their analysis, the price structure shows that ETH is getting ready to rip, with momentum accelerating quickly once it clears the current range. The parabolic run could be next.
The market's recent behavior indicates that ETH has regained ground above the $2,500 region, but a sustained move above $3,500 would represent a significant structural development.
