Ethereum Price Tests Crucial Support Zone After Sharp Liquidation Flush
Ethereum (ETH) price is testing its crucial $2,450 support zone after a sharp liquidation flush. The sharp price swings around the $2,500-$2,600 region have already had a major impact on leveraged traders, with crypto liquidations reaching approximately $109 million within a single hour.
Ethereum accounted for roughly $74.05 million of the total, making it the largest contributor to the liquidation wave. Bitcoin was a distant second at roughly $21.6 million.
The repeated rejection from the $2,550 resistance level means the broader recovery remains unfinished despite ETH continuing to hold above its lower range support. The immediate battle is now fairly clear: holding $2,450-$2,480 keeps the range intact and allows another test of $2,550.
