Ethereum Rebound Gains Momentum Amid Overlapping Bullish Signals
Ethereum is gaining attention as it enters a rebound phase after breaking a long period of weakness against Bitcoin. This shift in focus comes as technical reversal signals, inflows into spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and dominance in the tokenisation market for real-world assets (RWA) strengthen simultaneously.
According to analyst Axel Kibar (CMT), the ETH/BTC pair has rebounded from a local low of 0.0269 and risen to 0.02918, while on the dollar chart, ETH/USD has broken above a horizontal neckline after forming a medium-term bottom. Ethereum's price has rebounded from a low near $1,510 to around $1,950, with the $1,842 area now serving as a key support level.
If the price holds above this support, the next confirmation target for the upward pattern would be $2,163. The market is also seeing significant growth in Ethereum's strength beyond the charts, with the size of tokenised traditional capital on the Ethereum network reaching $17.1 billion, far larger than rival networks such as Solana and BNB Chain.
Institutional flows have also recovered, with spot ethereum ETFs recording net inflows of $103.9 million in the week ended July 24, marking a third straight week of net inflows. The market is focusing on the fact that three factors, an ETH/BTC rebound, return of ETF inflows, and edge in RWA tokenisation, have overlapped at the same time.
