Ethereum Staking Landscape Sees Growth Amid Network Upgrades
The Ethereum staking landscape has seen some notable developments in recent times. Ebunker, one of the largest node operators in Asia, manages over $1.5 billion and provides node operation services for protocols including Lido, EtherFi, SSV, and offers both custodial and non-custodial Ethereum and other asset staking solutions.
According to the latest Bitget report, Ebunker's Ethereum staking APR is 2.18%, while stETH (Lido) 7-day average APR stands at 2.52%. The total amount of Ethereum staked on the network has reached 43,681,037 ETH, representing a staking rate of 36.19%.
Regarding Ethereum Network Upgrades, after failing to reach consensus on a unified standard, both Ethereum and Base will adopt different account abstraction standards. Additionally, Ethereum Institutional supports Ethlabs' proposal to shorten Ethereum block times due to the continued growth of institutional activity on the network.
Meanwhile, Bitmine has more than 5 million ETH staked, with its crypto asset reserves valued at $15.8 billion expected to generate $334 million in annual staking income.
