Ethereum Stands Firm Amid Rising Yields and Slowing Inflows
The resilience of Ethereum's price has been put to the test by rising Treasury yields, but so far, large investors have not abandoned ship. Despite higher bond yields adding pressure on high-risk assets, institutional inflows into Ethereum remain positive, albeit at a slower pace.
U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $17.1 million in net inflows on September 28, according to SosoValue. This suggests that institutional demand for Ethereum is still present, even if the pace has slowed down. At the same time, large corporate ETH holders are also showing resilience.
SharpLink, one of the largest corporate holders of Ethereum, recently staked another 42,074 ETH worth around $112.8 million. This move suggests that SharpLink is not using the current volatility to reduce its position and is instead continuing to commit more assets to staking.
