Ethereum Surges 27.8% in Seven Days Amid Institutional Demand
Ethereum has staged a significant recovery in recent weeks, with its price rising by 27.8% over the past seven days to reach $2,507.26 as of Thursday morning.
This surge brings Ethereum back to levels last seen at the turn of January and February and marks the sharpest recovery of 2026 so far.
The Ethereum price has been boosted by institutional demand returning to the market, with US spot ether exchange-traded funds posting eight consecutive sessions of net inflows, adding approximately $192 million on Wednesday alone and pushing the cumulative streak past $1 billion.
This marks a significant shift from earlier in the year when institutional appetite for Ethereum had visibly weakened.
