Ethereum Traded 17% Below Realized Price, Bottoming Indicators Signal Market Reversal

CryptoQuant's analysis suggests that Ethereum is currently trading at a discount of approximately 17% compared to its realized price, which has historically averaged around $2,300 per ETH. This indicator often signals market bottoms and has been seen in previous late-stage corrections.

Of the five bottoming indicators tracked by CryptoQuant, only two have crossed into historical reversal levels, indicating that a full recovery is not yet complete. However, investors and institutions may see this as an opportunity to accumulate Ethereum at discounted prices.

Developers and funds are likely looking for a return of flows to Ethereum-based DeFi, L2s, and staking products, which could be facilitated by the current price disparity between realized and market value. Network upgrades and SEC decisions on spot ETH products may also play a role in determining the future trajectory of Ethereum's price.
