Ethereum Transforms into 'Cryptographic World Computer'
Ethereum, the leading blockchain platform, is evolving into a 'cryptographic world computer' according to Vitalik Buterin, its co-founder. This transformation will see Ethereum adopt new technologies, including few-slot finality, PeerDAS, and SNARK verification, which will greatly boost scalability, privacy, and censorship resistance. By 2030, Ethereum is expected to transition from a conventional blockchain to a cryptographic world computer that combines blockchains, cryptographic privacy, and verification, and robust decentralized off-chain components.
