Ethereum Warns of Disruptions Ahead of Glamsterdam Test

The Ethereum Foundation has announced that the Glamsterdam test will take place on October 6. However, users are warned to be cautious due to potential disruptions in certain tools and services.

According to the Ethereum Foundation, some wallets, indexers, and gas estimators may stop working correctly as a result of changes to the gas model included in the upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade.

The foundation has set up a public testnet called Platåberget, which allows developers to test the upgrade before its mainnet deployment. This is an effort to identify and address potential issues before they affect users.
