Etherfuse KTB Revolutionizes Debt Tokenization with Stablebonds and Sovereign Coins
Etherfuse KTB is a blockchain-based platform that tokenizes real-world assets, specifically sovereign debt. It bridges traditional finance and decentralized finance by integrating traditional instruments with blockchain infrastructure.
The platform offers two main products: Stablebonds and Sovereign Coins. Stablebonds are yield-bearing tokens representing fractional ownership of government treasury bonds, backed 1:1 by the underlying sovereign bond. Interest generated from the bond continuously compounds into the token's price, with the yield realized by the holder upon redemption.
Sovereign Coins, on the other hand, are a new class of digital currencies backed by government debt through Stablebonds. They maintain a 1:1 peg to the local currency and are non-yielding, designed for transactional use rather than savings.
Etherfuse ensures investor security through a three-pronged approach: regulatory compliance, asset segregation, and third-party verification. Regulatory compliance is achieved by operating legally in Mexico pursuant to CNBV Resolution P090/2024, which determined that its tokens do not require prior authorization. The platform also holds a mandate to perform brokerage activities in the securities market.
