ETHUSD Rises Amid Improved Market Liquidity
Ethereum (ETHUSD) rose 1.09% on September 9 to $2507.62, marking its fourth consecutive day of growth with a 4.87% weekly increase.
The uptick is attributed to improved market liquidity and risk-on sentiment, which allowed institutional investors to inject capital into the digital asset markets.
A notable boost in global liquidity, driven by active U.S. Treasury debt buyback operations, eased balance sheet constraints for market makers and primary dealers, supporting asset valuations across risk-sensitive markets.
The upward momentum was further amplified by a tightening supply-demand dynamic, as total staked Ethereum reached record highs, locking up a substantial portion of circulating supply and reducing liquid reserves on exchanges.
