Evernorth Holdings Inc., a digital asset treasury company, has taken a significant step towards listing on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol XRPN. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the registration statement on Form S-4 relating to its proposed business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II.
