Evernorth's SEC Filing Strengthens Case for XRP Price Prediction Gains
XRP price prediction is gaining traction as Ripple-backed Evernorth amended its SEC registration statement again. This move strengthens the case for institutional support, but it remains to be seen if the market has already priced this in.
The latest amendment formalizes employment agreements for three senior executives: chief legal officer Jessica Jonas, chief business officer Sagar Shah, and chief operating officer Meg Nakamura. They will receive initial equity awards of $4.5 million, $2.8 million, and $2.8 million respectively, pending shareholder approval.
These incentive packages are part of Evernorth's 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan and suggest the company is moving forward with its plans to list on Nasdaq under the XRPN ticker. The company also aims to build a $1 billion XRP treasury, targeting roughly 473 million XRP, or about 0.8% of the token's circulating supply.
XRP is currently trading around $1.06, still below Evernorth's implied cost basis of approximately $2.44. This gap supports the case for continued accumulation, but institutional exposure remains underwater.
