Evernorth's XRP Treasury Set to Debut on Nasdaq

An XRP-focused digital asset treasury company, Evernorth Holdings, is taking steps to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. The listing would allow traditional investors to gain indirect exposure to XRP through a normal brokerage account.

Evernorth has already acquired or secured commitments for over 473.27 million XRP, with one transaction involving 84.37 million XRP worth approximately $214 million in November 2025. The company intends to actively deploy capital across the XRP ecosystem through strategies designed to increase XRP per share.

According to Asheesh Birla, Evernorth CEO, 'We set out to build an actively managed XRP treasury with the transparency and governance public markets demand.' He added that 'we plan to enter public markets as blockchain utility continues to grow, and we believe institutional finance will increasingly be built on-chain.'

The listing would not guarantee higher XRP prices but could give institutional investors another regulated route into the XRP economy. However, treasury companies also introduce risks such as equity dilution and market volatility.
