Fairshake backs 32 House candidates supporting CLARITY Act
Fairshake, a political action committee focused on cryptocurrency issues, has endorsed 32 incumbent House candidates for the 2026 midterm elections. All of the candidates supported the CLARITY Act in 2025, a bill aimed at creating a market structure for digital assets. The endorsed slate includes 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats.
The group plans to kick off its campaign efforts with a $6 million spending spree, allocating $1 million each to three Republican candidates and three Democratic candidates. The CLARITY Act, which did not pass a crucial Senate vote, remains in limbo, leaving its future uncertain.
Fairshake expects to invest over $100 million this year in advertising for both House and Senate candidates. A significant portion of that budget, at least $30 million, is earmarked for the Ohio Senate race. There, Republican Jon Husted is challenging Democrat Sherrod Brown.
