Fairshake Super PAC Supports 32 House Candidates for US Midterms
Fairshake, a crypto-focused super PAC, has announced its backing of 32 incumbent House candidates ahead of the November US midterm elections. The slate includes 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats, reflecting a bipartisan approach. The group has disclosed plans to spend $1 million each on six candidates: Democrats Janelle Bynum, Steven Horsford, and Derek Tran, alongside Republicans French Hill, Bill Huizenga, and Bryan Steil. This initial allocation totals $6 million, though Fairshake’s overall spending for the remaining 26 candidates remains undisclosed.
The endorsed candidates all supported the CLARITY Act, a crypto industry-backed bill that passed the House in July 2025 but stalled in the Senate. Fairshake emphasizes its focus on innovation and crypto policy, framing its endorsements as issue-driven rather than partisan. The PAC held approximately $108 million in cash as of August 2026, with its largest disclosed effort being a $30 million campaign opposing Democratic Senate candidate Sherrod Brown in Ohio.
