With a valuation now approaching $100B and a product lineup spanning investing, banking, credit, crypto, and prediction markets, Fatehpuria's talk is set to cover what comes next for fintech.
Fatehpuria joined Robinhood in May 2016 as an intern and has since risen through the ranks to lead product development. Under his watch, the company has rolled out increasingly ambitious product bets, including Cortex, an AI-driven assistant with over 900,000 users. Fatehpuria has also been instrumental in developing what Robinhood calls 'agentic trading tools,' essentially AI systems that can execute more complex trading strategies on behalf of users.
The $100B valuation reflects investor confidence in Robinhood's transformation from a single-feature app to a diversified financial platform, but the question remains whether these new features drive meaningful engagement and retention.
