Fortitude Mining Listed on NASDAQ via Reverse Acquisition
Fortitude Mining, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG), has listed on the NASDAQ stock market via a reverse acquisition. The company mined approximately 72,696 ZEC in the first half of 2026, accounting for around 28% of the network's total output during that period.
Fortitude's CEO, Jaime Leverton, is a seasoned operator in U.S. mining equities and was previously the CEO of Hut 8.
The company has deployed seven mining facilities across South Dakota, Nebraska, Texas, and New York, with a total power portfolio exceeding 60 megawatts.
Fortitude also signed a procurement agreement with Bitmain for 9,000 units of the Antminer Z15 Pro at $3,499 per unit, totaling around $31.5 million.
