Franklin Templeton Teams with HashKey for Tokenized Fund Distribution in Asia

Franklin Templeton and HashKey Exchange have partnered to distribute Franklin's tokenized U.S. government liquidity fund in Asia.

The partnership allows professional investors in Hong Kong to access the grBENJI fund through HashKey's Earn channel, launched on August 24.

The fund primarily invests in short-term U.S. government securities, repurchase agreements, and U.S. dollar cash.

Each share of the on-chain fund corresponds to one BENJI token, with blockchain infrastructure recording ownership and transfers.

Franklin Templeton maintains the official shareholder record and controls the private keys used in the system.
