A revised Clarity Act bill has secured support from a major U.S. law enforcement organisation, the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), but its passage remains delayed.

The FOP publicly backed the latest version of the Clarity bill on July 25 local time, citing that it reflects their earlier concerns while maintaining law enforcement authority to investigate cryptocurrency-related crime.
