A Delaware federal bankruptcy judge has allowed FTX's $1.8 billion clawback suit against Binance and Zhao to proceed, despite trimming certain claims.

The lawsuit aims to recover a $1.76 billion payment made by the FTX estate to Binance in November 2022, following Sam Bankman-Fried's resignation as CEO of FTX.

Law360 reports that the judge allowed FTX's bankruptcy estate to continue pursuing the clawback suit, despite opposition from lawyers representing Zhao and Binance.
