Fundstrat Sees Bullish Outlook for Crypto as Market Enters New Cycle
More than a decade ago, financial research firm Fundstrat advised its clients to allocate just 2% of their portfolios to Bitcoin. According to Tom Lee, a prominent voice at Fundstrat, this small allocation has since grown to represent over 85% of those portfolios due to the massive price appreciation of Bitcoin.
Despite most investors still lacking any crypto exposure, Fundstrat sees a bullish outlook for the next 12 months. The firm expects the sector to recover from recent downturns and leverage returns, driven by Wall Street's increasing adoption of blockchain and tokenization, as well as potential AI-driven financial innovation.
Lee suggests reconsidering small crypto allocations as the market enters a promising new cycle. This advice comes at a time when the crypto markets are showing signs of recovery, with prices stabilizing after a recent downturn.
